Basement Floor Repair & Concrete Floor Leveling
Heaving, sinking or cracked? We can level out your basement, fix cracks and make your basement floor look amazing. If you are having drainage problems we can install new weeping tile and sump pits. Floor leveling is not just for basements. We can level almost any floor using a new product called Agilia. It is a self-consolidating concrete that is easily placed and significantly reduces construction time and cost, eliminating the need for hard troweling. This reduces labour cost significantly. The product line is suitable for all types of commercial, residential, and institutional applications. If can be placed from feather edge to over 8 inches. For toppings more than 3” we add aggregate for strength. This flooring system allows you to install a level subfloor, carpet, tile, vinyl or decorative concrete overlay with ease.
 

Driveway & Garage Resurfacing
Is your driveway or garage spalling? Is the surface popping and pitted? Don’t rip it out just resurface! As long as the structural integrity of the concrete is good we can apply an overlay and make it look like new again. Most cracks can be repaired but may show through the new overlay. Concrete moves. If the original driveway contractor didn’t do his job properly you will have cracks. As long as there is rebar the cracks should not be wider than 1/16 of an inch. Most slab on grade concrete cracks because of improper gravel compaction, concrete is too thin or the control joints were not cut deep enough.
Pick any finish you want. You can choose a normal broom finish or colored, stamped and textured finish. Epoxy can be used in the garage to give you a tough, durable long lasting finish.
